Earth Day Santa Cruz
Date: Saturday, April 20 – 11 AM to 4 PM
Location: San Lorenzo River Park, Santa Cruz
Composting Workshops at Earth Day
Workshop Times: Noon, 1 PM, 2 PM, and 3 PM.
Location: Compost Workshop Booth
Instructors: Master Composters Ed Teitcher, Nanette Saucier, Kevin Eckstrom, Sylvia Patience, and Mickey Compost.
Workshop attendance is on a first-come-first-served basis.
There will be no advance registration. Sign up the day of the event beginning at 11 AM.
Information on the availability of and eligibility for free or discounted-price composting bins will be provided.
Hollister Composting Workshops
These workshops are open to residents of San Benito County only.
Dates: March 26, April 16, and if needed May 14.
Time: All workshops will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 PM.
Location: Veteran's Memorial Building in Hollister,
649 San Benito Street, Hollister, CA 95023.
Instructor: Master Composter Paul McCollum.
