Composting Workshops at Earth Day
Workshop Times: Noon, 1 PM, 2 PM & 3 PM

Instructors: Master Composters
Four one-hour workshops will teach the art and science of composting. Topics to be covered include
what you should and should not put in a compost bin, how to use the rich compost you produce to help your plants grow, where to obtain or how to build your own bin, care and feeding of worms, and other practical advice to help you have a successful composting experience.
Workshops will be held on the hour beginning at noon, with signups beginning at 11 AM at the workshop booth. Each session will be taught by Master Composters who have completed a comprehensive training program.
Information on the availability of and eligibility for free or discounted-price composting bins will be provided at the conclusion of each workshop.
